For example, if you decide to terminate services, we may reassign the virtual assistant to another client who does not offer such bonuses. While we appreciate the thought, our business model operates on a flat hourly fee and does not involve commissions or bonuses.

Virtual assistants have the option to request time off for personal reasons or holidays. They can either make up for the missed time or, as an alternative, we can provide reimbursement for the days they are unavailable. Many of our clients choose to grant requested time off. It’s important to recognize that virtual assistants are human beings, not robots, and flexibility is appreciated. Furthermore, virtual assistants have a compensation package through VAS360 that includes two weeks of paid vacation.

In anticipation of this unlikely event, we encourage our virtual assistants to document their onboarding and training processes.

To provide transparency and accountability, we employ various measures. We monitor, track, and record the login and logout times of your virtual assistant on the designated workdays. Additionally, your virtual assistant can prepare and submit written reports detailing the tasks they have undertaken. These reports can be customized to meet your specific requirements. You have the flexibility to request reports on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, or even monthly basis. No, there are no long-term contracts involved. Our service operates on a month-to-month basis, allowing you the freedom to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, provided you provide a 30-day notice.
