In anticipation of this unlikely event, we encourage our virtual assistants to document their onboarding and training processes.

To provide transparency and accountability, we employ various measures. We monitor, track, and record the login and logout times of your virtual assistant on the designated workdays. Additionally, your virtual assistant can prepare and submit written reports detailing the tasks they have undertaken. These reports can be customized to meet your specific requirements. You have the flexibility to request reports on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, or even monthly basis.
